Brake problem is killing me....

So I've changed my front pads, my front calipers and I still get the feeling that my front pads are rubbing. I know my pads are rubbing cuz when I start moving after a stop, I can tell that there is major resistence up front....then I kinda tap my brakes on and off a few times and then they release.....but sometimes they just don't release. what the heck? I thought that it might be cuz my rotors are all roughed up (i took a peek at them, and they were in pretty bad shape...) but it seems that messed up rotors would just lead to vibration and not rubbing. Can anybody help me on this one? It's definately not the calipers....pretty sure it's not the brake lines (that's what a guy at a shop said)....the only thing left is the master cylinder! But how often does the master cylinder go bad! And why does this problem only surface after I changed my front pads! Man....if I can't get this fixed soon, I'm gonna go and trade in my CL for.....brace yourselves....a GSR.

Well...my guess is that the front pads are not attached correctly.
