Brake light

I have a 98 3.0 and I recently noticed that on cold mournings my brake light comes on and stays on for awhile. I checked the fluid and it almost full and I don't feel any difference in the brakes. What could be causing the light to stay on?

My fluid was just a little low so I topped it off. A few days later, the brake light went away. Give it a try.

I had this problem too, but only when the temp was below 50. Turned out to be the brake fluid sensor (after my mechanic checked EVERYTHING else).
