BOSE stereo tweaking sounds

Whenever I am driving, and the cell phone rings, the stereo makes some sort of stutter sound, the music still plays and all that but it has a stuttering in the background, anyone know what that is?

I had the same problem when my nokia rang in the handfree cradle. Never figured out what it was
