Bose head unit problems

Now it won't play any of my burned CD's and sometimes won't even play some of my non-burned CD's. Is it time for a new head unit, can I clean this one out?

If I get a new head unit will I be able to keep the stock tape deck? Or will I have to buy a DD unit w/ tape and CD to be able to use it effectively?

actually the more I think about it, the less I play tapes now, although I still have a butt load. Can I buy that tray that fits there still or does acura no longer carry it? If so How much does it run?

You can get the tray from here: http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/...prddisplay.jsp $53.00

EDIT: Type in your year, etc.; then look under "AUTO RADIO"

Did you just ask him to trade for nug?? Man us a-clers need to get some anger management as shown by the massive swings of anger we have ( like smashing in people tail lights for flicking a cig at your car, i'm sure we all remember that story), AND rehab lol.

also guys, can I just plug in a new head unit and will it work w/ my bose speakers? I've heard I couldn't switch the speakers w/o switching the head unit.

Also anyone have an extra tray thing?

as long as the speakers arent hooked up the BOSE amp you should be fine...I did it like two days after i bought the car had no problem at all... try it out.
bypassing the amp is out of my league...
