i drive a tractor tailor for a living and when i see deer in the road i cant/wont even tap my breaks its better to hit the deer then lock up my rig and be either in a ditch or have hit some family head on and kill them. i use the same train of thought when in my personal car because if you hit a car or go into a ditch you have to pay a deductible on your insurance where as you hit the deer and mess up your car you dont have to pay and nobody is dead.

my first month driving i hit 5 all at once. it was 5 30 am still dark and i came around a small curve in the road at 55 mph and there was 5 in the road just standing and staring at me like "deer in the headlights". at 85 thousand pounds and 55 mph you cant just stop or swerve outa the way.
so i mowed them all down and yeah im not a heartless drug addict truck driver i got upset and called the state police and waited on a tow.
My trucks front end is made of all fiber glass and motor , its one of those big Volvo ones you see (650 hp twin turbo)
I have hit 2 more and 1 dog i cried when i hit the dog and had to take the rest of the day off...
oh yeah after i hit the 5 it smelled like a zoo outside my truck
so i mowed them all down and yeah im not a heartless drug addict truck driver i got upset and called the state police and waited on a tow.

To the OP: You live in Virginia, everything is illegal.
I have the small black deer horns hidden in my lower grill because I live in the cut, so there are deer all over the place at night, and nobody can ever tell that I have them.

does anyone know how to tint the headlights??? I just bought new headlights and parking light bulbs...and I got L.E.D. ones for the parking ones and theyre definitely blue, but the "two-tone blue" headlights I got are not so much and it looks wierd...how do you tint your bulbs?

i get pulled over for 8,000k here in miami ! cops here are bad and love cracking on nice cars but i always manage to get away when i tell them that im in training to be a police officer lol works everytime ! but ya tints are illegal period ! front or back here in miami florida they will ticket you for allteration to vehicle standards. cops tell me that any allteration to you lights causes others drivers to see your lights so tehy cant tell if your coming or braking. i told the cop then they need to get glasses or stop driivng lol

wow lol im sorry but this is funny to me ! poor dog though. my dodge truck has killed hmmm 1 cat,1 dog,2 birds,1 duck,3 possums,1snake and that about covers it lol that 2003 dodge ram was a killer at birth !

You should be looking for an HID kit around 8k - 12k color temp. Depends on how whiteish blue or purpleish blue you want the color.

i have 6000k hid's from apexcone, cops really dont stop you untill your like 8k + in my opinion, i have had mine for a while and not stopped or looked at once, and that is with tints on my corners and tails.

I can't stand anything over pure white unless it's 6k with projectors.

Long story short, ive experimented with different headlights to try out what i like...i came across orange and white parking lights but settled on blue ones...I have a couple sets of headlights and I just want to know if you can just tint the bulbs to blue? Or how do you do that?

You're still not telling me what "bulbs" you want to tint....
Being that you already have blue LED parking lights I assume you mean the lowbeam headlight bulb?
You could tint it with stain glass spray at your local arts and crafts store but that might burn out the bulb really fast.
If you want that blue light look, get some 8k - 12k (light blue - purplish blue) color temperature HIDs depending on how blue you want the light.
Actually, I'll sell you my HID kit for 50$ shipped since I won't be using it anytime soon.

oh yea sorry I meant the headlights haha im not very bright (no pun intended). i dont wanna pay a whole lot of money to do the whole HID thing, but if its worth it then maybe

it's worth it and you can get a whiteish blue color to it, anything above 6000K is just too blue and shitty, but 6000K is great for a white/blue look that still has deccent output,
