Ticking Sound....

does anybody know how to adjust the lifters on a 3.0? because i keep hearing like a ticking sound inside the block like were the lifter arm is at....its not a sound that the engine is bout to blow...the engine is in perfect condition...so anybody know how?....

im not sure whats tapping? it might be the vavles but or the lifter arms idk for sure....what if its the valve...

I don't know if the azine members have posted a how to but the Chilton 10302 manual has a section for valve adjustment on the 3.0l. It's a fairly simple book, but it's nice to have something like that if you plan on doing allot of diy over your ownership of the car.
