Whoever here is located in the NY Queens area......avoid Paragon Acura dealership which is located in Woodside unless you don't care about getting screw over and not get ur $$ back if ur car wasn't repair right.

I took my car to have them fix this "loose steering wheel" problem and this cocky advisor tells me that they will put the old part they replaced back into my car in order to get my refund if the problem still exist.

Just what I predicted , they didn't fix the problem and when I took my car back the advisor tell me that the old part was already thrown away and they can't give me a refund.

Of course I got really frustrated and long story short I eventually got my $$ back after all the trouble they had put me through ( lost several work hours, having to get up at the crack of dawn serveal times, not to mention the f'd up attitude that I was still getting from the service manager and other staffs) .

 

Call the BBB and file a complaint.

 

 

Call Acura Corporate...

so true, I work at a nissan dealership. When you call nissan corporate they just give you a run around & put you on hold forever, but hey at least they 'sound' like they care over the phone. I'm sure the same goes with acura seeing how my buddies work over there.

I suggest you just take it as a lesson learned & forget about it.

shoulda drove into jersey and went to DCH montclair acura. there a quality dealership. same company as the dealership i work at. montclair and open road acura are great dealerships.
