I have adjustable coil-over, but i hate em! All sleave coil-overs are very bouncy, before it was aight, cuz it was worth it cuz of the look....but now that everybody bitching about how bouncy my car is, I'm thinking of going with Nuespeed Sport Springs. Coil-over suck unless you get the full coil-over which is at least $800. I would go with lowering spring rather than coil-over.

Jeeze, the only one with air ride that responded.

That's ok, I'll be back in a week to change my vote since I am yanking all of it out and going to a pro-kit.

Fricking air ride is awsome, but not what you want driving at over 45MPH on the roads in DFW

AIR RIDE FOR SALE

Hey listen when it comes to lowering.. what do u want... Do u want a nice ride or do u want a racey ride...

You decide...

Springs - For Nice Ride

Coilovers - Race...

Air Ride - Wouldn't recommend it...

I have eibach springs now.. but my buddy is going to get me a good deal on NEX Full Bodies...

Call me if you need a deal

no those definately would not. I strongly suggest staying away from the sleeve coilovers (not true coilovers). True coilovers have the spring and shock incorporated w/in each other. For example, tein, nex, apex'i all make true coilovers. Those, skunk2, Ground Control, etc. make sleeve coilovers which I strong suggest not using.

I paid wholesale for most of it and it is 4 months old. I paid 2000 for all the parts, but I would like to get 1600 now.

It includes:
  • 2 - 4" front cylinders
  • 2 - 3" rear cylinders
  • 8 - 1/2" Gold electric valves (each cylinder gets 1 intake and 1 exahust vavle)
  • 2 - Viair 200PSI sealed compressors (no oiling needed like other compressors)
  • 2 - Chrome 3 gallon air tanks
  • 4 - 97-99 Acura CL specific cylinder mounting brackets
  • 2 - Water traps (go inline between the compressor and tanks. Bleed them every few months)
  • 1 - custom 6 switch billet box (2 large switches for front and rear up/down, and 4 independent cylinder switches)
  • 1 - backlit LCD PSI gauge with 4 sending units (shows all 4 cylinders PSI at the same time)
  • 2 - PRessure switches (for turning compressors on and off when more air is needed for the tanks)
  • 2 - 30AMP relays for the compressors
  • 1/2" fittings and connectors
I think that is all of it. Only thing you will need need is DOT hose to connect all of it together. DOT hose in bulk is fairly inexpensive, and all the fittings/connectors are self locking with o-rings so there are no special tools needed to connect them.
Of course you need the know how and tools to work on this. You could of course have someone install it for you, but it's not that hard. If you have ever done your own springs, you can do this.

As Ghander Said "TEINS!!!!" There is only one thing better and that is JIC Magic. Even then you really cant tell the difference! I am buying my Tein SS from a fellow cler new for 850!! check the Black market. They are regulary like 1 G. It is 16 point adjustable plus ride height! They are the ultimate Coil over
