Ok so heres the deal.
I've posted a few times asking for help on my many problems but only get some help. Never do I get answers to all the questions.
My solution is to number each question, so people will notice the multiple questions without me having to post multiple threads... Here we go:

1. 1. I want to be able to take turns a bit faster with out the body roll in my car without having to replace all my suspension. Do I need Sway Bars or what??
2. 2.My "Panic" and alarm dont work. When my alarm is going off the only way to know is that the headlights are blinking and I hear a clicking noise in the car. I think it might just be a loose wire on the Keyless Entry thing,,, does anyone know where it is, and what it is supposed to look like?
3. 3.I hate how High Pitched my horn is.. Does anyone know how to replace it, and what the horn on a stock accord is, cause its a little deeper than ours.

1. Yes sways front and rear, I recommend Suspension Techniques Sways
2. Sounds like a fuse or the speaker for the alarm is disconnected or dead
3. I swapped my horns out to Hella Supertone horns, but an accord horn will work, there are 2 horns high and low tone, and there are plugs and 1 bolt each. Search ebay for 97accord horn

 

1---There arent any for a 98, 2.3 cl, should I get the ones for a 97 accord?

2--Where is the alarm box thing??

3--What is the difference.. is the hella better??

 

1. Yes, 94-97 accord, all of our suspension parts are the same as the 94-97 accord

3. Hellas are 120 db a piece, they not only look pretty, they're loud as hell

@ OP, If you don't know the joy of Hella horns, youtube it. And those vids don't even give the loudness of the Hella horns justice.
What I mean is, their loud as fack...

Or you could do a Swiftt and get an Ooga horn at Autozone.
