Car thief in Hong Kong is always gang member. They got a list, and their list is most updated, when they doesn't have any order, they do research and collect data. They know who own those "Good Car", they know their schedule, they know what security system that the car have. When their boss call for a particular car, they will go and get the one that is easiest for them at that time. But since they are gang member, if you do know someone and noticed your car is gone in short time. You might be able to buy your car back, if you didn't notice for more than 5-6 hours, you can buy back your car in many boxes, but not gurantee it will put your car back in one piece. An those thief they were track driver. Can you imagine a recovery car that run away earlier has no steering wheel(the owner has steerling lock and the theif bring his own steering to replace) and the gear shift stick were cut short(the car has shift lock) and all three of the pedal can not goes all the way to the floor(because the owner put those pedal lock, the thief just knock those pedal slightly out of those lock. With all these restriction on the car, the thief still run away from police and those satellite security guy, but he can't bring in the car safe, so he just let it go and run. Hong Kong is not safe.........
