nah agrando doesnt like pussy ..............cats that is

yeah, the h23 mani bolts right up there with slight modification ( you have to cut away/ dremel some material off so it clear the vtec solonoid buts its like a 5 minute thing. Also, you need a H22 fuel rail ( JDM ) as well and H22/H23 TB to go along with it. You also need a H23 thermostat housing to mate with the f22b1's hardpipe but im going to mount my thermo housing on the firewall so its a nice clean leak free system. The H23 manifold has a port that coolant runs through, im still not sure if ill need to use it or not, but if i do, then ill have to weld some piping and shit. Overall, if you can get your hands on all this shit ( cost me only 130 total with all the shit ...EVERYTHING !! ) then you'll love the gains. Its similar to full bolt ons and the best part is... you get alot more tq. Im also getting h23 injectors from WILP so all i need to do is get an fpr or vafc to add fuel

So what's the fuel economy going to look like ? And is it an option to include the fpr or vafc with this set up or is it necessary? Break it down for me I'm a noob.

i polished it off. I clean all my parts before i install them. I like to wear blue surgical gloves when i work on my car. It makes me feel like im operating. My scalpal is my impact wrench. I just hope 380 foot pounds is enough to break that crank bolt when install my cam gear.

its a cambell hausfeld and i dont think its enough for the crank bolt idk, ive seem some impact wrenches that in the 600 range for 130 bones
i might need one i guess ill test it first and if it dont break it loose, ill just have a shop do it.
