Cool About time>>>>>>>

Hi Guys,

I sold my ride Saturday and moved on to a 08 Civic LX, coudn't resist the deal that I got on the LX and yes it is a stick. My Cl was auto.....nice ride but can never compare to the stance of a CL with 220,000 miles on it had to let it go......I did replace the tranny on it but it was still leaking fluid...sold it as is and the kid is gonna replace the tranny...just didn't want the headache of going through the tranny trouble again.

Will be still lurking around.......you guys are great, i mean compared to the hondatech forum.......I have learned a great deal from you all

Peace out.........will be lurking just in case some one needs any help on MY Dual piston caliper DIY..........;-)

Man, screw the si, I mean it's a bad ass little chivic but it's still a chivic, and I watched my buddy change the oil on one, talk about a pain in the ass, he said he has easier time on porsches than those tiny engine bays, hope the lx is a little better since it's a bigger chassis

Nice civic man

My buddy bought a two door EX, and I was like dude u shoulda got an SI. hes like nah i want good gas mileage.

Here he is a year later, he traded it in for a 4 door SI 6 speed. lol. HE came from a GTP so he needed a little power again lol.
and damn its crazy when it kicks into vtech. redlines at 8000rpms. it screams.

i like the civic as a whole, not really feelin the rims tho, or the bra, but atleast that will help your paint, my mom has some big paint chips from rocks and stuff on her 06 civic. and i wish i could get the same gas mileage as you, and even the non-si engines scream pretty good

zero.....the bar is very very important for me as juts on the initial 2 days of driving without one i had a major chip of the hood but luckly it was on the inner side.....I did go with the 3m clear sheild first bought it off of ebay and got it installed .........what a fucking waste of money and effort....that fucking thing is super hard to install unless you get it installed from the pro's and they charge you an arm and a leg......I was down approx $400 buying that shit and installing fucking thing just peeled off...thats hwy had to go with the bar..........whihc is not bad consedering that it is OEM and fit like a charm....I drive like 110 miles a day so that thing is very critical to me.......also these civic are very very pron to hood paint chipping............

I hear you Mospd.....but it was time for teh CL to go with the amount of money I spend on the tranny and shit....just didn't want to put more money in it........nothing can replace the stance of a CL I say nothing...........

Double shot PM sent..............

972xghost..........you bet OPEN ROAD HONDA is like a fucking fish market..............you bargain for every nut and bolt..........Honda of Princeton is located is a very upscale white neghibourhood and they are real professional to deal with man I would recommend them highly........well atleast that is my Internet buying experience.......and BTW they have a completely different internet sales department that deals with all the internet sales and their approach is completely different than the normal walk in sales........just a word for any of your future purchases.........
