Ok i did the search and found that 38-45 offset will work. I am looking at trading a guy my stocks which have the same bolt pattern as his 90 accord 4 -114. But would my rim offset work on his car?

 

It will work as long as the lug pattern is the same. You can swap wheels with just about every Honda/Acura vehicle.
