98 Cl Hids?

I have the cash and want to put HID's in my 98 CL 3.0, but I have heard rumors that non factory HIDs can melt the existing bulbs....I also want to add custom black light housing, is there a way to get both black housing and HIDs? Any links or info would be extremely helpful!

If you search you can find how to black out housings. You use HID bulbs with HIDs so I dont know what you mean about melting existing bulbs. There are a lot of threads if you search for HIDs too.
