recent info is better. They have done the swap several times over at v6performance, and the guy who did it (5150cx or something like that) aka Aiden is putting together a swap kit for the accords. He;s thinking the kit will go for about $2000-3000 depending on what you need in the kit. It will also include instructions for whatever shop you get to do the swap. However you need to buy the CLS 6sp tranny seperately, and of course the LSD since you might as well go the full nine when you do the swap.

Thanks I did a search (after oops) but came up only with 2.2 swaps which seems weird since it was available new. (guess Mom hand me downs?) I bought mine new when the 600.00 a month on my 95 Lexus SC 400 got to be too much. I was shocked that a 300.00 a month car could come close & the 3.0CL does!
