I have the OBX for my 3.0 too.....they costed me 348 shipped........and costed me a pretty penny to install them...but i was willing to pay anything to get em in before running SooDark...lol....but I heard you can get em installed for pretty cheap, as long as you can find someone to bend the downpipe...

Once the downpipe is bent, the installation is easy! I've installed 3 sets with the help of the respective CL's owners.

Obx is the way to go. I don't think there is much difference between them and the comptechs.

They do help out quite a bit, from what I've heard. As far as the quality, you could have the shop touch up all the welds for a little extra cash.

True, but you can barely see the headers, once installed. Someone would really need to look to see any of the welds (or any of the touch ups).

Grinding the welds MAY help with exhaust flow, but I'm not sure how much.

Absolutely!

Except for the nitrous, it's the ONLY mod I could feel with the butt dyno!

I only ran several n/a 1/4-miles with a short ram. I ran a 15.8 at that time.

Since I installed the Zex (June of '02), I have NO time slips that aren't without nitrous. This covers the time period that I put on the headers and exhaust. I'll need to do a n/a run here soon to see. My guess is mid- to low-15's.

More importantly, I want a 13-sec time slip (I'm so close)!

Those things aren't acurate man. There are some accord v6's that are running 14.7 with all the bolt on's except FI.

So do the NSX headers fit our cars? CauseI think DC makes headers that may be cheaper. I would be willing to bend or even weld pipe on if they fit

Well, some accord v6 guys were running stone headers and claiming 20whp on the dynos. But the headers are backordered or sumthing and they are trying to get some more. The headers were $400shipped if i remember correctly.

Bend the left downpipe (pipe that goes to the rear cylinder bank) towards the right (in towards the flexpipe).
