3.0 bolt on cat

Just let me say, yes I have searched. Everything that I have found is for 2.2/2.3 cls. I have a 3.0 and yes came across random technologies high flow cat, but not wanting to spend that much. I've been a member since 2003, but unfortunately my sis and I traded cars and she thrashed the cl. Now I have a very neglected 3.0 cl premium, that's why I don't wasnt to dump the cash. However i do want to use a obx or megan bolt on cat. What year accord cat would bolt up to the 3.0. I don't want to weld and in AZ they don't care about CARB #'s. I got laughed at for asking about state reff's since I am originally from california. So has anyone tried either the obx or megan, and did it bolt up right, and what year accord was it for. Thanks for your time in advance.

Well, I am not sure what kind of flange the 3.0 cat is but I can measure my 2.2 OBX I just bought and take some pics for you before I put it on the car. I paid like $65 shipped from ebay, and despite it saying it retains the factory O2 location, there is no bung so that would have to be put into it.

From flange end to flange end it's 16" (one pic is off a little). 2.25" ID pipe. the Bolts on the 3bolt flange are 3" between bolt centerpoints. And on the 2 bolt side, the centerpoints are 2 5/8" apart. Also, the hanger brackets (that go into the rubbers under the car) are 11.5" tip to tip (they are diagonal from each other). Also, the 2bolt side (which I am pretty sure goes to the motor side) has a 3/4" recessed flange where the donut gasket on the car should mate up to.

Here's the link to the imageshack gallery of the few i just snapped.

For the spark plug nonfouler trick for the O2 sensor, it looks like you will need 18mm nonfoulers. I just went to do mine tonight and the O2 was a bit big for the 14mm spacers. It's just ziptied up in the engine bay for now, I am sure it will throw a code tomorrow once i drive a bit more. Other than that, the OBX ebay hi flow fit perfect. The bolts on the other hand could be longer - just a bit short to hook up to my WS2 so I will need to get longer ones, but they are biting for now.
