Seems like my original question is gone. Here it is:
Can I take an 98-00 Accord 2.3 Vtec auto-tranny and use it in a 98 2.3CL or take engine+tranny from accord.
Related question: What about "JDM" engine/tranny? has to pass OBD2 next year...
Thanks.

Yes, tranny is shifting very erratically. And it's leaking a bit. Starts out OK but once warm it starts taking a long time to shift, hits hard, then when it gets hotter, starts coming out of gear at speeds above 40 or so. Thanks.

Have you cleaned your solenoid screens on your trans?
What about 3x3 drain and refills? Been doing that every so often?
Where is the trans leaking from? Axle seal? Case seal?
Are you near me? I could come look at it and give you a better idea whats wrong with it.
