Power/Weight, the 3.0 Is a beefier, therefore heavier motor.

and thats only a quarter mile, get goin at about 35-40 roll, and the 2.x could cancel christmas, cause it gonna get its lunch ate. if our 3.0's were a 6 speed, itd def be alot more than .5 seconds faster in the quarter. hopefully ill find out in bout 7 mos.

i'd guess about 120-125. i might actually be dynoing my 2.2 5-speed just for the hell of it in about a month. try searching for F22 dyno graphs...

I've always thought of this. Is it possible to swap a 3.0 V6 accord engine ( 6 speed ) into our engine bay? I want to try this if its possible. I think our car
with that engine and tranny would do low 14's. Has anyone done this swap?

BTW - Our 3.0's will eat your 2.2 or 2.3 and then we'll say,
" to do that to you little bro but don't ever get rebellious
on us or you'll get spanked ".

Are you sure those arent corrected for the crank power (i see the legend says "corr")? That would be an amazing transmission to only lose 7.4 horsepower.

I had a '95 Accord EX with the F22B1 (which I'm assuming is the same as the '97 2.2CL.) And my dyno numbers were 123whp and 136wtq. That was with AEM intake (Red, for sale, too. hehe.) Advanced timing 2.0*, and Thermal Research full 2.5" catback.

That's hardly any drivetrain loss. I wonder what it's like with an auto.
