Take out these bolts...this what holds the motor. then slide the window down and you see where the two bolts are at that hold the window. take that off. to instal just install it on the way you took it off.

so what do you mean by "unscrew the speaker and the handle there are 3 on the outside and 3 more on the inside". do you mean for the whole panel or just for the screws for the handle and speaker? I can only see 3 screws on the handle, and one on the open-door handle. once I unscrew the 3 screws pictured for the close the door handle, does it just pull/pop off?

there are 4 screws for the speaker...as you can see.
the handle has 3 on the outside but once you get the door off you will see i think 3 more. then it will come off. so a total of 6 screws just for the handle.

you dont have to remove the speaker or the powerwindow controls!!!!!!
remove the bolt inside the handle (there is a cover you'll have to take off)
then remove the bolt behind the lever, and remove the lever.

Undo the harness for the lock
Then just pop all the clips out from around the edges of the panel.
Lift straight up, and pull back.

this is unecessary. You dont need to remove the plastic or the handle. Just take the bolts out from inside of them. You are doing WAY too much work for this. The speaker certianly doesn't need to be removed. There are just two bolts, clips, and harnesses. Just let the door-open hang there. This gives room to lift on the door panel.

When changing the regulator. You must let the window down a little bit and the bolt will line up with a hole. Use the hole for access to that bolt. Use that blue painters tape to hold the window in place so it doesn't fall while you are changing the regulator. That bolt holds the regulator to the window. Then remove these three bolts..
Remove the regulator, put the new one in, replace the three bolts, and bolt the window back to the regulator. DONE

though you can pop them off b4 the door panel, just depends on which is easier for you. Just be careful of the door panel, I broke my woodgrain piece around the door handle. Just got a new one in the mail though. :w00t:

hey when i look at my regulator, i see some like metal wires all loose in there. i have not heard anybody mention them. is it going to be hard to place those wires back on that rack thing

yeah those wires should be tight. if they are loose or bent...you need a new one. When I took mine out..it was a mess the wires where loose and bent like crazy.

someone wanna circle wherere the clips are in the picture? I've already broken one plastic piece trying to get the door panel off and don't want to break another one.

hey ghost, i just pull with my hand. i start where the white arrow is. then i make my way popping each clip up till i get to where the window and panel meet. once you do that the panel will be loose. now you just push it upwards towards the window.
for me it was easier when i took off the two screws holding the door handle in place. those screws are being pointed at by red arrows in the above pic.
