Does anyone have pics of dual muffler tips like on the newer TLS on the CLS?

What I mean by dual muffler tips is two tips (double tip) comming out of one muffler. Like the Newer TL type-S has. I "personally" think it looks HOT!
So 4 muffler tips comming out of two muffles on the CL-s, anyone have pics or did it? Can I get Tips and put them on the stock muffler or do I need to get 2 whole new mufflers? If They make this for the CL-s where can I buy it?
I tried searching but found zero. Thanks guys

No pics, but those mufflers would be hot.You would have to modify the rear bumper cut outs.enlarge them to 8"+ wider.

there is a guy on youtube that has a quad exhaust looks sick

You can put "any" tips on your mufflers just cut and weld
just make sure they are the same size

drone is like what it sounds like when he revs it but it sounds like that all the time. the sound is not just on the outside but inside, the cabin noise caused by the mufflers are quite loud. it could also happen when he's on the freeway at 2-3k rpm.
I was with him when he was at highway speeds and i heard his exhausts the whole time. also they were too loud for my tastes anyways, im more of a comptech-muffler-sounding kinda guy.

Newbie?? LOL I have been on this board since it was 260hp.com.
I did a serch and didn't find any pics and I have a life so can't afford to search for hours unlike u that has 11000 post in less then 2 years talk about no life!
Some of us do have lives other then sitting in front of a computer all day tring to be a tough guy and insulting people. Just becuz u are picked on in real life doesn't me u got to pick on people in the forums!

Nic...wtf...do you know that the searching function has turned to shit since the VB ugprage? A lot of people have complained about it. I'm sure that's why StonedCL made a new thread.

Stop giving this guy such a hard time. I'll ban you again if you can't play nice.

I DID search "mufflers" Dual tips" and "quad tips" and no pics came up in the CL forum. I dont mind there little games and nagging, I actully feel bad for them. I know people like them in real life and those are the people that get picked on so after getting picked on all day they feel better about themselves by picking on someone else behing the screen of a computer, If thats what makes them feel better then be it! Its not just me, everytime ANYONE expecially newbies post something that has been talked about B4they jump right on them!

Search is a great feature but sometimes the posts are years old and alot can change in that time! Some people also have a LIFE and dont have all the free time in the work to post 11,000 times in 2 years and spend all day searching for something so its alot easier to repost, If we could not repost anything then might as well just lock up the board and not let ANYONE post anything new cuz EVERYTHING has all-ready been talked about at least onece in the 9 years this car has been out!

again?? whoa.

and i thought you were being a little harsh dude. the most i would have asked was if they searched for it yet. if he's been here since 2001, im sure he knows about the search feature.

Well...let me put it this way.

If you run a full cat-back with Comptech axelbacks you will get a good tone not loud like Greddys or some other exhausts.

Mine doesn't get the "drone" either which some people suffer from.

And even if they are too loud you can buy silencers for them.

But I will say...that they note is perfect for me because I am not trying to get any extra attention.

SPoolinspOON what kinda mufflers are they and where did you get them?
Did you have to modify (cut) the bumper for those to fit in the cutout?
How much $$$$ did both those muffles set you back?

lol they're just tips, no way they will change the sound, purely cosmetic.
I dont like tips with a thick wall like that. Its just filler material between the chrome and the outlet. The stock tips will do just the same as those tips but i like how it seems to make the outlet really big.
