Navi Screen Protector just arrived...

Hey guys, i just received my navi screen protector from ebay (www.screenpatronus.com) today...and may i say i highly recommend this product. I'm pretty anal when it comes to seeing those annoying finger prints on the screen, but after using this product, it solved that problem. The fitting was perfect, and the visual during daytime is so clear-no glare at all. (dang, i sound like the infomercials on TV..."but wait there's more, if u order now....")

Another thing i received were the all weather mats...highly recommend it for those clean-freaks that don't want their TL carpets looking all dirty...it's a perfect fit, it just contours to every line of the flooring...(drooling)

Next up, a-spec kit....muahaha, muahaha!!! Take it easy guys!

So even when the sun hits it you can see the screen now? On a real sunny day if I have my windows down, its hard to read my screen. Does this solve that problem?

I am too, but don't touch the screen with the finger, use the back of the nail. I know, a little strange, but it won't leave marks on the screen and it's not the same as pushing straight on with the finger nail.

Its supposed to RAJ. It basically reduced the glare tho, so I dunno if it will work in that sense or not.

I just got home right now, and it's a beautiful sunny day...no glare whatsoever, just the beautiful navi screen and its content (whether map or audio)...this thing is awesome!

OK, I purchased one, before everyone start bidding, which is unnecessary..

See this link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Scree...spagenameZWD1V

Haha, hey teknoking...i did the same thing, it's pretty cheap anyway. Again, i just got home, very sunny today and the screen was just clear-no glare from the sun. It took me about 20-30 mins. to put on though, because i'm picky and it's gotta be right...don't wanna see bubbles or anything...but putting it on is really easy...PERFECT FIT!

Good luck with everything guys, and let me know what you think.

I just used the link you provided Igor, but no where to specify that I wanted one for a 2006 TL and not a 2003 one so I shot over a seperate email to make sure no goof ups.

On a sidenote is it me or are forums bad on the wallet??? I've looked at that thing 1,000,000 times and never bit, one guys gives good reviews and I'm like flies on shit!!!

I would imagine if its placed on the screen and you can get a pic of it... then its not placed correctly. It should be invisible!

Well I guess that's a good thing because I hate seeing aftermarket parts on my Acura. Know what I mean.

I'm very dissappointed with the OP as this was a waste of money

1) No, it's not a perfect fit. Top to Bottom is perfect, Left to Right, short! by about 1/8 of inch, so yeah it's visible.

2) Vivid Color? Optimized Touch-Screen? Sun glare protection? NO, NO, HELL NO

3) Protects from Dust? Finger Prints? YES on both.

Ok, this was my vent, luckily I have a PDA, and the screen will be used on it.

PS BlackDestiny2, do you work for them?

^^ Yeah Igor I just recieved mine too, didnt open the package as I immediately realized that the perfect was not going to be perfect. Afterall he's selling the same cut for the TL RDX and MDX, so something is off here. I'm going to ask for a refund, after reading your post.

I also wonder if the OP works for them. Maybe we just got a wrong shipment, maybe the OP should post pics to see how perfect his fitment is.

The author of the original post is smoking something. I wasted my money on it and it doesn't fit perfectly, it doesn't prevent glare and it is nearly impossible to make sure there aren't any bubbles and to keep the screen from looking like crap....WASTE.......OF.........MONEY!!!!

I spent 30 mins playing with the bubbles, I got them all out, once that's done it looks decent, but you can definitely see the screen.

What I do like is that it is easier to wipe this film from fingerprints and dust, but that's it.. During the daytime (with sunroof shade closed) I was getting a mirror glare...lovely
