2012 Acura MDX tech package with 128k miles.
I'm starting to get the 3-4 error codes again. I brought into dealer end of 2019 and they changed spark plugs etc. also did the oil consumption test for 1k miles and i was just under the threshold prior to warranty expiring.
when i get the 4 error codes, my car shakes and is weak. they said its a misfiring cylinder. It was a rare occurrence but now its happening every time we drive the car. wondering if i'm at the point of needing to replace the car, or pay some hefty fee to fix that requires to spend more money than the car might be worth. any thoughts / recommendations?

Have you gotten the codes? You can take it to any auto parts store and borrow a computer to get the codes to look them up. That will give us a lot more to go with. A misfiring cylinder can be a lot of simple things that are easy like a fuel injector or a loose gas cap, and could be something severe like a bad ring fouling your plugs. I had a similar issue a few years back on a car and it was literally a bad seal on my gas cap. I replaced the cap and it stopped immediately.
