Well, good news is this is not rod or piston slap. New some recording on engine running.

I've never heard anything like this before...

I've spun a rod bearing that lead to some funky noises in my RSX years back, but I shut it down immediately. Thankfully, no real damage to the internals.

I’m currently in the process and of pulling valve covers off and removing rocker arm to see if I find something. Someone I know said you might have a bad cam lobe.

The sound is very ringing, like a flywheel.
I think if the problem is with the valves, then the sound should be like this. Even so, I could not open your first video. You can also unscrew one spark plug at a time to localize the sound if it comes from a specific cylinder.

brother you hit it right on the MONEY! Thanks bro I never heard a sound like that but the weirdest shit was that the car would turn on. I had the assumption that if the car turned on than impossible to be out of time. Welp long and behind took the timing cover off and it had jumped like 5-6 teeth due to the tensioner going to shits. I still took the head off though to verify no valves were actually bent since I didn’t have the checker. Everything is good now to order new tensioner and new gaskets for everything lol might as well do the water pump now that everything is off lol. Thank you once again brother

Glad you figured it out! Along with the water pump, I'd recommend doing putting on a new oil pump gasket/seal. Mine is leaking on my TL now

You are 100% right, if the oil pan has already been removed and the timing is going to be done, then he definitely needs to change the $ 4 gasket, which will leak sooner or later.

You are in luck, you have a great opportunity to change the oil pump gasket. The main thing is that the valves are not bent after these knocks.
