2005 acura mdx valve adjustment done @118,000 miles along with plugs back on 3/23/12, vehicle now has 185,000 so it's only been 67,000 miles but 5years. We checked the egr and that was fine replaced a pinched pcv hose. Timing belt was replaced at 94,000 miles, so a new timing belt is due. What are your thoughts

 

coil pack or gummed up plugs, inspect them.

 

Check the EGR system, it may require attention.
