Mechanical Key does not unlock door

Mechanical Key does not unlock door
So, I removed my radio fuse and when I closed my driver's door they all locked. After this, I tried to unlock with my FOB and manual key and neither worked. I tried to unlock the lock tab inside, but I have been unsuccessful.
Has anybody had this happen, and if so, how did you fix the problem?
