looking to purchase an 08'

Hello all. I'm looking to purchase an 08' MDX with tech package. In my area, (northern VA) all of them seem to be a little over 30k. That seems high to me. Are there any good sites that help with pricing for specific areas? Thanks guys!

As a buyer I like Edmunds.com - they're usually a little lower than Kelley or NADA. Edmunds does an adjustment for location but it's usually not more than $100 so it's insignificant at best.

Prices can vary widely depending on mileage, condition and whether it's a private party or dealer purchase - a little over $30k isn't necessarily high.

When it comes right down to it you'll never know what the market is unless you start making offers. If asking price is $30k and you think it's too much, offer $27k or $28k and see what happens.

Depends on the condition and mileages on the car, I would be comfortable offering $26.5k'ish. So that way you have room to negotiate.

It's 2011, three years later....that is if you don't consider that the 08 may have come out in 2007, that's two full years (2009, 2010) of mileage, plus half of 2011, plus whatever 2008 or 2007 if it was an early production one...If you were to average 12K miles per year that would be 36K in three years, so a bit over 30K seems more than reasonable/average if not better than what I would expect. I have a 2007 RDX and just broke 50K about a month ago.

Try autotrader.com, you can filter as much as you want (mileage, year, colors, etc)

I spent alot of time looking at MDX's. Price will range depending on color and where you are buying from as well. Prices are abit higher if you end up buying a Acura Certified MDX as well.
