Has anyone found a front license plate holder that doesn't require drilling into the bumper?

 

I'm confused. Did the dealer not provide you with one? I know some states will let you get away without having a front license plate, but for that states that enforce this, i thought dealers were required to have license plate holders installed..

 

At the time of purchase a temp tag is issued - a front plate not necessary then. They provided me with one, however I requested it not be installed on the car to avoid drilling into the bumper.

I'm looking for a plate holder that either requires no drilling into the bumper or screws in from below so the holes are not visible if the plate is removed.

 

Zip ties?

 

What year MDX do you have? 07 and up stock holder doesn't require a hole to be drilled. It mounts up underneath the bumper.

 

Pretty sure mine is drilled into the bumper.

 

Just because yours does doesn't mean they all do. That's why I was asking for the year of his mdx. 07-09 do not have holes.
