Driving Side fron window clunking.

Driving Side fron window clunking.
Just wondering if anyone else has have any issues with the driver's window. My 2nd gen X makes this clunking noise when going down. I brought it over to the dealer and they lubed it but did not help, brought it back and they replaced the run channel supposedly as per the TSB but I doubt they even bothered checking inside the door for any defects because 2 days later the noise is back and louder than ever.
