drivers window won't go up

drivers window won't go up
I have a 2001 MDX. Drivers side window will go down but not up. Even going down sounds labored. If I pull it up a little then hit the up button it will go up a little. I can do that a few times to get the window closed. Any idea if this is off the track, regulator, motor or something else?
