Aftermarket radio help

Trying to install an aftermarket multimedia head unit in a 2007 MDX base, non-Bose model. Can anyone help with the wiring configuration?

I purchased a Metra 70-1722 harness adapter that only allowed me to connect the unit to the power connections. I cannot seem to find a way to hook into the speakers

I don’t have a picture right now, but there are five harnesses that plug into the factory head unit. One is the antenna, one is power and ground, one is the speakers, one may be preamp connections, and one may be the Sirius XM tuner. I can’t seem to find a way to determine which wires I need to hook into my aftermarket radio to get the amp to kick on and the speakers to play sound

*Update* going to most likely install a USA Spec BT45-HON3 adapter into the Sirius XM tuner and use that for Bluetooth
