2007 MDX - HFL causing battery drain

2007 MDX - HFL causing battery drain
I was able to locate the issue of continued battery drain to the HFL unit in my 2007 MDX. Once I disconnected the unit I saw the mA draw drop from 238mA to 28mA.
1) If I replace the HFL unit does it require programming from the dealership?
2) Or, does it come pre-programmed?
3) Is this a simple repair?
4) Where, other than the dealership, can I purchase a replacement HFL?
