2002 Acura MDX transmission problems..help..

I work at a car dealed and recently sold a 2002 ACura MDX. I tried to sell the customer a extended warrenty and he declined and pinched me on the price, But me being a nice guy I am tring to help him out. I personally went through alot of problem (4 transmissions) with my Acura CL. I could have sworn the trans on the MDX was also in the class action lawsuit fo 93 month and 109K miles warrenty extension. I called acuracare and the guy said the oil-jet was done in 2004 and that "fixed" the problem , which we all know is not true.. Do you guys know if the MDX was included with the class action lawsuit and if not what steps I can take to help him.. His MDX has 96K miles.

Kinda late to the party but it looks like no one showed up anyways... Any updates on your guy?

On a side note.. I'm pretty sure the 01-02's were included but the Jet Kit is their cop out.
