HELP lol... I love my ride. Just changed the EGR Valve and this error won't go away. What is it and is it expensive? The check engine light is on as well as the VTM-4 light comes on and goes away.

 

From that code, it seems like you are having trans issues. Not sure why you thought it a EGR issue

 

ouch.. most shops will tell you your trans needs to be replaced with that code but do a little digging and post up your symptoms before taking the leap. It could be simple to fix or it could be toast, we need more info. If it ends up being the latter, one of the Azine dealership sponsors had a special on 01-02 trans.. Keep us updated.
