Tires for '07 -- How are Pirelli Scorpion ATRs?
Hi everyone,
I just got an '07 Sport/Ent. with 43k mi., but it needs new tires. I live in SoCal, but want it to be good when I go snowboarding too. I think it would look great with a more aggressive looking tire like the Pirelli Scorpion ATRs, but they're expensive ($230 on TireRack.com). Anyone have them?? Other suggestions??

Go with the Pirellis
I had a set of the Scorpions on my 07 GL450. I live in Denver and the tires were great in the snow in town and when I went skiing. The road noise was not too bad at all. I was able to get them for $180 at Discount Tire.

$180 would be awesome. What size was that for? How was the ride comfort on dry pavement?
I'm also considering General Grabber HTS but don't care for the look of them as much, and since they're UTQG 600AB I'm concerned about their compound being stiff and uncomfortable. Rating and price are good though.
