Need help removing the radiator from my 08 mdx. Havevthe front grill and plastic from under and top removed. Cant find a YouTube video or step by step instructions. Of course this happens when we are suppose to get 5 inches of snow and the temps are going to be single digits

You can get to the fans (to remove them) by removing your 12v battery. It's all about getting those fans off, to have enough room to slide the radiator out.
FYI...When changing the lower radiator hose, I needed 4" or 5" needle nosed vic-a-grips to get the hose clamp off.

The radiator rests on two "stubs" and will pull upward once the two ATF hoses and the lower radiator hose is disconnected. You will have to separate the OEM ATF cooler, from the front of the radiator, but it doesn't need to be removed from its lines.
Getting the fans off is the hard part, even it you have to remove a headlight.
