04 MDX, Loud A/C

Hey all,
Just the other day when I started my car and had the AC on full blast it all of a sudden started with a really loud humming noise coming from the passenger side return vent. As the AC slows down the noise subsides a little leaving me to believe it is a fan or something. If the AC is off there is no noise at all. It is completely concentrated up by the passenger return vent, not even the passenger door side vent. It doesn't stop if I turn of recirculation though. Has anyone run into this before and know how to fix it? Thanks!

Debris in the blower motor. Its behind the glovebox. 3 bolts remove it. While your at it, theres probably debris in the pollen filter. Have you changed that at all?

That would make sense. I haven't changed my pollen filter, I"m sure I'm due. Any write ups on how to remove glove box and pollen filter/blower motor?
