Cuban you do not need the in-line voltage boost or whatever it's called resistor.
I'm using a VLEDs relay harness for my fog lights on my 2008 TL.
I'm using the exact one that was posted by frosty.
I'm using VLEDs 9005 DRLs with their harness and it's been going good for about 1.5 years now..

Can someone please tell me the obvious? I just received my relay harness from vleds.com today, so I decided I wanted to install my leds that I ordered from gt lighting just before it got dark. Upon removing the oem bulb and tring to install the new led, I came across this.

My buddy got another set of these LEDs for the low beam housings on his 9th Gen Civic to match the fogs that he had already installed. He sent me these pics today, but I'll take some better ones the next time we meet up. He needs to adjust the angle because they are aiming a little too low right now. Luckily, it's as easy as turning a screw (like the TL HIDs). They look great!

I'm anxious to see some output pics from '07-'08 fogs.

I found these on JLC lightning too, and they said its 70W and its $99.99 hmm... Gt lightning are a lot cheaper if they are the exact same ones.
heres the link to the JLC lightning ones.

Its been 2 weeks since ive sent the wrong sized bulbs back and yet they haven't sent anything to me or respond to my emails and no returned phone calls. :/ I'm very disappointed by there customer service.

He also wanted me to let everyone know that the phone number on the website is having issues, and he's getting a new number soon. The best way to contact him for customer service is by filling out this contact page: Contact

I'll try and get pics up this weekend. My car got hit while parked recently so I've been less than enthusiastic about taking pics of it lately
What angles are you guys specifically looking for? My fogs aren't independent btw.

Sorry for the frustration, man. I was actually able to contact the seller tonight just to see what's up. He did send out your 9005's on 9/8; they were apparently lost in transit or something. So he's sending you another set of 9005 LEDs tomorrow (you should have already received a tracking number for them). He's refunding you $10 for the return shipping that you paid as well.

I would just take some shots like I did for the SRX in Post 254 - shining out into the grass, or whatever, just to show how far the light reaches. Then maybe a wall shot also. You could simply cover up the HIDs with a couple towels.
No problem, dude!

Interestingly enough, a Civic owner that got these LEDs (not the one I posted pics of) told me that his DRLs work perfectly with no harness whatsoever. The 8th and 9th gen Civics use a 9005 as the DRL and High Beam. It gets 6v in DRL mode, and 12v in high beam mode. He said that they work fine in DRL mode with no errors, and then they get even brighter when he flicks on the high beams.
Did you ever try them with no harness at all?

Yes, THIS is the correct one. Have you tried testing the output terminals on the Vleds harness to see if they are actually sending 12v? Use a Digital Multimeter to check that. Also, try grounding the harness in a different spot. Here's how it should be hooked up:

Tried them w/o the harness...nothing, tried them reversing everything every way I can...nothing, aside from cutting the grounds to splice them into ground taps I have I grounding them right by the radiator mounts and touched it on the (+)....nothing. My ijdmtoy harness doesn't have any grounds or power to hook up and it works good with that. Now with that harness however one light is brighter than the other. The type s drl is a bit different from the base iirc. Maybe that's the issue.
