i would say the avs for the cup because the best team in the east cant beat the worst team in the west....hockey is played in the west

Amazing game just ended...Flyers vs Maple Leafs in 3OT's. Recchi scored on the Flyers' 75th shot....mad props to both goalies...one hell of a game!

True, but look what happened to Detroit last year when they ran into a brick wall, aka Giguere. Can you say humbled? Detroit was the highest scoring team during the regular season, but that couldn't help them against Anaheim. Cujo couldn't get the job done.

Detroit has Hasek comin back, and they just signed Derian Hatcher. I think they are also ready to make a run for the cup this year.

Paul and Teemu are sensational offensive players but hockey isnt just all offense. Goaltending and defense, play a major factor into being a serious competitor.
