secondary o2 sensor extension
Has anyone had to extend their secondary O2 sensor? I'm looking to get some exhaust work and i'll need some more slack.
I found this site: Rywire Motorsports Electronics
Would the 4 wire extension work?

I would think that it would.
Take a look at Proper Way To Extend O2 Sensor (Electrical Gurus Chime In!) - 8th Generation Honda Civic Forum
I've heard a lot of people say that the O2 sensor is very sensitive to resistance in the circuit, so if you use low quality wires, the readings the ECU gets could be skewed.

Ya defowler is going in for sure but the wire is tight as is. I ordered an extension off ebay. I'm hoping to get the exhaust done this month. 3" merge - 3" magnaflow cat - 3" midpipe. Keeping the comptech cans.

For sure! I got another quote today from the shop I was hoping for. Looks like next week it is. I'm excited.
I was looking back at a thread by 6speednupe. He had a stroked 3.5 and gained 18hp and 16lbs from a 3" exhaust. (Compared to stock) I should see similar gains I think.

Active engines on Royal Windsor/Winston Churchill at the border of oakville/sauga has a dyno.. Looking at roughly 200, give or take..
I'd say that's the closest one to all of us & if we get a few cars maybe he can work a deal

the dyno i went to was TAG racecraft.. right at royal windsor and qew/403 so it's right after mississauga in oakville. south side of the highway. it was under 100 for 3 passes. last year i called tho and guy said it was 80-100 so just expect 100 for 3 passes.
i think that dyno reads low tho i will say. the cars we brought all dynoed probly 5% lower than expected. one guy who worked there called it the heartbreak dyno lol.
but i got 229hp before without the mufflers and high flow cat so itd be nice to redo at the same place to see what it actually did. but i am open to go wherever you guys want. whatever makes the most sense.
we could meet at the movie theater parking lot at winston churchill and qew, then go from there to the dyno place. but we must reserve time for the dyno as they told me before... if we got 5 or more i think it also drops the price.

Yea the track imho sucks... You spend the whole time waiting in line with ur car on usually and when u go to race ur car is boiling hot. My car was definitely slower at the track cause it was idling for 30 mins or so before I got up to bat.
I went to Cayuga and got one or two passes in in 4 hrs... Whata waste and I also went to St.thomas by London. It was smaller but wY less people, definitely a better place if you wanna actually race your car and not see other peoples.
I got a spot locally I go if u wanna run the 1/4. We have line three cars up beside each other multiple times, and it's not sketchy at all. It's a massive industrial dead end road so we go at night an there is never anyone.... I rarely Ever tell anyone about "the spot" but I will say its had dozens of races on it.

picking the car up this afternoon! piping is huge compared to stock! I need to pick up a defouler though since they didn't have one. I also had a leak by the axleback flange they said. Hopefully it's not too much louder than before.

well it's definitely louder but it feels great. tried to get a cell phone video but it was too muffled. i'll try again tonight.
the 6" round resonator would hang too low so we put in a 4" round one. it's meaner sounding and there is some resonance i'm not crazy about when in 6th, but i can live with it for now.
also my shirt got caught in the belt buckle and now the srs light is on.
