What is your mpg? mines terrible
So its cold here i get it cold brings down mpg.
But atm i do 70% city 30% why.
on hwy if i reset the mpg gauge itll say 32-34 mpg
but normally i fill up the tank and i always calculate.
IM GETTING 16 MPG
i had a 4cyl before so i used to get 21-23 so its a big thing for my the mpg
i have a very light foot on the pedal! RPM MAX : 3k and on hwy and 40mph i am on 1.5k
is this normal ?
temp here is abt 20-40 degrees depends.

You only got 21-23mpg from a 4cyl? Yeah a v6 will definitely go down, but if you got that low an mpg with a 4cyl then 16mpg for a v6 isn't too bad.
Average speed has alot to do with mpg so what's your average speed over one tank of gas?
I use an app called aCar to help me monitor my expenses with everything on my car. Right now I average about 24mpg with mixed city and highway driving according to it.
My TL tells me my average speed is 31mph and my average mpg bounces between 23 and 24 so it's been accurate.

There are so many factors involved that may lead to poor MPG
Maintenance, gas type/fuel blend, climate, weather, traffic. You didn't give us much information in this thread like the year of your car, the mileage, have you had any outstanding issues. Fix your CEL per polobunny, make sure your tires are at the correct pressures, air filter is clean, car is pumped with Top Tier premium gasoline, and look up how to do a ECU reset (involves pressing the accelerator all the way down with the key in accessory) and report back.

According to the manufactures sticker on the fuel economy
City driving = 18mpg. Highway = 26mpg
combined = 21mpg
so you might be right on par with their specs

If you see 32-34 on the MID, instantaneous highway, the car is probably fine. If you're unhappy with the average fuel economy you see over a tank, modifying your driving can likely double it. However, most people don't appear to be capable of looking far enough ahead to improve.
You could always get a more fuel efficient car. Auto TL's are not very good in typical city use. You're close enough to the window sticker that I don't quite understand the purpose of this thread.
