^^as swoosh said you will have the rasp... i experienced that rasp with rv6 cats, went in and traded for high flow rv6 cats plus cash and they toned it town way down. if you have mid muffler removed on that type s cat back you will be getting rasp no matter what...

i should of brought my car for the last shot... have the same set up

Other than that, great install, man.
I got rid of the UR pulley because I have a small system in the trunk and I felt like it was killing my battery. I would let the car sit for 2-3 days and it wouldn't start after that. It could be just the fact that I have an old battery (came with the car) but I decided I didn't really feel the gains THAT much anyway and took it off.

I'll have the carbon trim and tails installed very soon. I haven't seen what they look like on DGP, but I've always loved the way they look on SSM/ASM

I agree 2.5 hours was pretty damn good. Glenn did all the work though haha and for about half an hour he was literally sitting on my intake manifold to get to the rear cat hahaha.

The rasp isn't that bad, I don't have the rear midmuffler removed. I'm just getting used to the raspyness but I don't think I'll mind it much. I'm really happy about the smell though, I almost never smell it.

Its funny. I snapped that pic in half a second with my iphone just for fun and everyone loves it

Small update: 08/23/12
So the yesterday I took a trip to visit my buddy who works at the Acura dealership to get my alignment done and FINALLY get my new Aspecs mounted with my 235/40/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. I dropped it off with him and picked it up a few hours later. Since he was doing the work on the side, he couldn't print out the alignment paper without making a work order but he sent me these pics. Honestly I know VERY LITTLE about alignment specs so I'm hoping you guys can help me out. He said just about everything came in spec or very close to it except my driver's rear wheel has a seized bolt on the toe link and he couldn't adjust it. BTW the if you have a lowered car and a good connection at the dealer, its the best place to go for alignment. Since they work on Acura NSX's, they are able to do alignment on lower cars. He got my car on the rack with no problems.

I'm wondering if I should just get an OEM one to replace it or go with the Ingalls kit? I think its called a toe link or trailing arm. Is it necessary with my current set up?

LOL You guys are too much. Soon I'm going to have to ask our friend Steven to change this to "Quanaman and everyone else's BS thread" lol!

So should I get a camber kit or replace that trailing arm with OEM?

With Neg 2.5 camber is the kit really necessary? Its about 50$ in parts vs. 200$ in parts and 3 times the work lol.

Well I figured I can't really call this an update without pics of the car too!

Mounted my Aspecs with the new tires and omg what a feeling. The car feels so different, so much smoother, I love it! Never going up to 19" again!! haha. No more baller wheels for me..the Aspecs are beautiful...I just need to go a tad lower in the front!

I also finally finished my complete wood grain to OEM carbon interior conversion. I used to have the fake wood with Di-noc over it but never liked the matte look of the vinyl. I went ahead and purchased all the door trims and center pockets (below stereo) and changed them out earlier this summer. I love the OEM carbon so much; it completely changed the look of the car and I was really happy with it...but there was always something missing I finally picked up the pieces around the cup holder and heated seat switches and put them on today.

Less talking, more pics!!

Interior:

Small update from last week!!

I've been really busy running around the tristate area buying cars AND preparing for classes to start this week but I managed to fit in a small update last week!

Got my fully clear USR DEPO tails installed. I'm not sure how I feel about them just yet, but I can't drive my car for a few days because I didn't realize I'd need to purchase red bulbs for my turn signals lol. Currently have stock 7443 clear bulbs which blink white, which is basically begging to get pulled over.

I've ordered red bulbs on ebay, just waiting for them to arrive sooner rather than later hopefully. For the time being I'm driving my new daily, an 01 Lexus LS430 that I picked up in Richmond VA from a dealer. It will be exported but its one of my few purchases from dealers and came with a full tank of gas and 30 day tags, so I'll be driving it for the next 29 days or whenever the gas light comes on hahaha.

Side note: Driving all these old Lexus's surprises me every time. This one has 189k miles and still drives and feels amazing. It feels like riding on a cloud! I was really surprised at the ride quality and DAMN that V8 power is amazing. Its not that neck-breaking power when you floor it, but more of an airplane like feeling; it pulls and pulls and before you know it you're going 80mph. Its a fun car for the next few days with some really nice interior features.

Pics!

Looks good, man!
Sounds like you had the same feeling about them I did...sometimes, I loved them, sometimes the clear and chromey sides would annoy me.

I think they look great on your car though!
