Hot! ron did a great job with this rim and 18's look mean with your drop. i agree that the redline only has to be close in color. it accents nicely. .....are you selling your oem rims?

put on some harrows and lets see those!! the wheels you have now look nice, although not sure i'm a fan of the pinstripe.... it's subtle...but I'd prefer a more conservative looking wheel on a car as classy as an RL.... overall though, very nice.

no plans on selling stock rims, might use them as "winter" wheels.

the rims actually came out more aggressive than I thought, I was going for a conservative look.

As far as harrows, 18's looked too small and 20's too expensive.

I guess I'm going for a sporty/lux look now.

yeah the reds close enough to the color of the car. Red pinstripes usually denote race/sport. Blens in well with the rim design and your car.

I think he's running bald summer tires...I'm guessing 245/35/20

yeah that would be the correct size. you loose like 1/2 inch in height between bald tires and new tires, so that might be part of the reason. Plus not all tires are shaped the same even though they are the same size.


Does the 09+ weigh more?


regardless both cars look good. wish I had some RL's to roll with my way.

I think the 09 did pick up a few pounds. I've got the fully loaded CMBS so it don't get any fatter than that.

yes, 4 holes had to be drilled in the back.

Black thing over the rear plate is the sensor for the laser jammer.
