After making the final cut in the 9-AN line I cleaning it with a watered Qtip to remove any debris that may clog the injectors. I keep a piece of tape on every opening for the same reason.

Andy suggests to not use Teflon tape to screw the gauge onto the fuel gauge unit. Use Teflon paste instead. It will keep you injectors from clogging when it gets into the fuel system.

Reservoir and radiator now installed. It’s a good idea to use rubber prices between the metal parts of the radiator and bracket.
