Black piece was possible culprit. I added washers to it and tightened. Rattle is 95% gone and haven't heard it all all driving up my block the last couple days. It probably needs more torque which i didn't have an extension to get in tight.

When you look at the side profile it doesn't seem so in your face. The true test will be seeing yhe lines in person, but it looks like 2 different vehicles depending on the angle. I see there is now a side Aspec badge just in case you didn't see it on the back.
