Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the back-up camera is like in the ZDX at night? Is it a clear color picture, or a black and white picture.
I bought a 2013 RDX tech package awhile back, and at night the backup camera is like an old black and white tv. Acura checked it out, filed a claim, and got back to mne and said that it is normal...
It's bad enough that I would like to get out of the car, and has put a bad taste in my mouth. My old 2011 Honda Crosstour had a perfect camera (with color and everything ).
I'm looking at a 2010 Acura ZDX Tech Package, and wondering if I'm going to have the same experience with this camera.

 

No such thing as a '13 Tech package...they were only sold one way...loaded.

The camera in my '13 is fine, but low light is low light.

The reverse camera is colour at night as well. In low light, it can look a little like an old black & white television. However, it is still colour. You can tell from the red tail and brake lights of other cars trying to back out of a parking spot behind you...
