Looks like its our turn.
I saw something that said on 10/2 Honda put out a new list.
I checked my VIN at NHTSA and it sure is in there now.
Says passenger side inflator.

The expanded recall includes the following models:
Anyone know whats involved in the repair?
what do they take apart, etc.
Cheers!

Getting mine done this morning and very, very concerned about dash damage.....I've seen my share of scratched and scraped dashes on the Hondas that I own due to this issue and if the dash on the Z is damaged, well, that's just not ok....

Hello,
I had the passenger side airbag recall replaced the other day (2010 ZDX). I think they access the airbag assembly from the glove compartment. That is, they replace it from underneath. My dash looked like it was completely untouched.
Hope this helps

Mine too...untouched. I told the service advisor to be careful. Agree it is from under and behind the glove box.
Also completed oil consumption test check #1 with approx. 1,100 miles on the current oil. Full. No oil added.
The SA and the tech both commented on the interior of my Z.
