spotted a 07-08 white TL-S around 10pm today at No.3 & Sea Island Way in Richmond,was heading No.3 South....HID fogs,tinted window & white LED licsence plate light.....

08... pretty much stock except 5% tint, 6000k hid fogs and white license plate lights. Don't know if i should get works rims before the type-s a-spec kit or the kit before the rims

Nope. It's on my trunk under the Acura letters. I don't think it sticks on the rear bumper. Where do you people get a-spec kits?

Check Lynwood Acura, they had a sale on the kit for like 700. That's pretty cheap.
