Refinish wheels to different color in VANCOUVER

I would like to turn my gloss black XC8's to the WMB (work metal buff) color but I don't really know where to take my wheels. I am reaching out to you guys for some recommendations on some good wheel shops here in the 604.

This is the color I want. Anyone know whether this involves painting or powdercoating? Is it even possible to achieve this color? Any help is appreciated.

Also, if you guys think I should refinish them into a different color, let me know your suggestions and I just might do it. Heres my ride for reference...I thought about that volk Fzero blue color but I dont know if my car can pull it off.

You can check out Coquitlam Rainbow Powder Coating. They charge between $30-60 to powder coat per wheel there. Pretty good price I must say.

he only paints and fixes wheels. tire mounting and balancing I did at another place. I think he can do any color, thought it may be cheaper if you choose a color he already has mixed and ready.
