As I have read through the hundreds of posts on this site and others, it appears that these two products/systems stand out as the favorites among many. But which one is better? They both use similar processes in that multiple applications are required and let's assume the cost is irrelevant. (If you are goiing to take the time to do it right, a few bucks shouldn't make a difference.)

So the question is which one is better?

I have a Silver Metallic TL and want to make the best of it from day one.

 

On a silver paint that's a difficult choice-

I've been using Klass since the late 50s and thought there wouldn't be anything that could come along that was better (and believe me I tried most verrything that did come along)

Until someone asked me to give his concours vehicle (a silver 1960 MB 300SL gullwing) the Zaino process.

(Zaino, what is that?) So I read everything I could and whatever everyone said was correct the finish was spectacular (and for a light colour like silver that takes some doing) The result was what I trmed 'the ultimate finish, an optically perfect shine'

Proof's in the pudding. Here's my 1999 Satin Silver TL with 80,000 miles on Zaino.

 

ummm NSX.... what are you using?

here's mine with one coat of Klasse polish. I've put 3 more on since then, I'll get newer pics next time I wash it...




am I supposed to put regular wax on top of the Klasse?
